If anyone still wants to join me tomorrow, Thursday and Friday at 6:30 for Boot camp in the park there is still time!

To register now you will need to call the office and let them know. Just did it, hope to see you out there. I REALLY need this after BBQ. And of course your Boot Camp Fee will go towards my fund raising so please let them know you are joining with Lori Pinter!

Our Mini-Session Fitness Boot Camp is an outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whatever your training goals are, this is the program for you! ALL Dtes, web site and info below!
 
Our camp begins March 1, 2010 and there are three options to join us:
  • $20 for 1 day
  • $50 for 3 days
  • $80 for 5 days
What you can expect from our Mini-Session Fitness Boot Camp:
  • One hour a day for 1-5 days - you pick what works for you! 
  • Monday - Friday 6:30 PM at Memorial Park in Houston
  • Motivating instruction from a Certified Fitness Trainer
  • Spaces fill quickly for this unique experience!

FAQS:
What is the Mini-Session Fitness Boot Camp?
A one to five day outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer, Miranda.  Each day, camp will be one hour in length starting at 6:30pm.

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! People of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

Where is the location we meet?
The Boot Camp meets at Memorial Park in Houston by the swimming pool off of Arnot.

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet Monday - Friday (depending on the package you pick) for one hour. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 6:30 PM.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase hand weights at any Target or Walmart.

What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being.  By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body. This is the jump start to a new you and a jump start to your new fitness routine.

Why should I participate?
You will make an improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!AND YOU WILL BE HELPING TO FIGHT BLOOD CANCERS IN THE PROCESS@
